Once you place your order it will be processed by our warehouse within 1-3 working days, and you'll be sent an email with your unique tracking link once your order has been shipped, so you can keep tabs on its whereabouts.
We have an Exchange only policy. We don't accept refunds. You are able to Exchange your Halo within 90 days of purchasing. But only if it meets our Exchange requirements.
This means that the halo must not been tampered with in any way such as excessively worn or removed from its protective net. It must be in an un-used condition and sent with all its original packaging and any additional accessories included. You can take your Sitting Pretty Halo out of it's plastic sleeve to check that the colour matches, however we can't accept an item for Exchange if it has been:
Once we have received your halo for Exchange, we will inspect it before an Exchange can be issued.
We reserve the right to deny any Exchanges if the item is not in its original condition, it will then be sent back to you. We will however let you know by email if your item has been accepted for Exchange.
Exchanges can take anywhere up to 2 weeks to process depending on postage service time frames - but they are usually a lot quicker than that. If you need your halo exchanged quickly please let us know by contacting our Customer Service team. We'll aim to expedite the process as best we can. We only ask that you are quick to send it back to us and choose Express Post.
The cost of sending an item is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using a tracking system to help make sure your items don't go missing, we cannot process Exchanges for items we have not received. It's best to ask for proof of postage or tracking at the time you post the item.
If you have paid for express shipping, this cost is non-refundable.
In many instances where you are returning an order for exchange and you have already paid for Customs duties and taxes when you received the order, you can contact your local customs agency to file an adjustment to receive a reimbursement. This process is unique for every country.
Any items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale. They are not able to be returned or cancelled. We will still honour any exchange requests and will replace any faulty items.
