Section
Create a horizontal part around the crown of your head (about an inch behind your hairline), section off the top, and clip it out of the way.
Place
Set the halo wire along the crown of your head like a headband, letting the hair fall naturally underneath.
Blend
Unclip the top section of your hair. Use a brush or comb to gently pull your hair over the halo wire for a seamless blend.

I’m so grateful for my halo for helping give volume to my hair as it’s thinned out due to hormonal issues.
I’ve tried all sorts of halos, some significantly more expensive than this one, and this is by for my favorite most of the time if I put it in right, I can’t even tell him I’m wearing it. It does not come with clips in it, which worried me at first, but it doesn’t need it for some reason. The wire on it is not flexible and oddly that is so much better for comfort and for staying put. I wouldn’t have thought that until I bought these. I always get the medium and light brown combo for six in the 16 inch medium thickness. I don’t know if the heavy thicker longer ones or as comfortable as this one is but there’s just no comparison to any others I’ve tried.

Finally extensions that don’t give me a headache and tug on my hair. These are perfect
I selected a blended colour as my hair is not naturally one solid colour, so the halo hair blends really well. I happened to have a hairdressers appointment not long after it arrived, preplanned ofcourse.. my hairdresser trimmed and shaped it a bit to better blend with my natural hair.
The quality of the hair is amazing, looks and feels like real human hair, I think it is actually! I am personally still experimenting with different hairstyles and getting it to sit 100% comfortably each time I wear it, but overall I love it. Ive gotten a number of compliment from friends and family who didnt realise it wasnt my own hair.
Only negatives are that it can take a little while to find a wire size that fits right or feels secure. I tend to put hair clips either side to feel more secure. On really hot weather days I find my head sweats alot and can get itchy from the halo, but thats likely no different to wearing a hat in such weather. For that reason some days I go without wearing it to give my scalp a rest.
My natural hair is so fine and growing back so slowly after previous bleaching, colouring and 2 children, so this was a perfect way to gain more fullness and length.
