OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

At Sitting Pretty, we want you to be absolutely IN LOVE with your halo hair extensions! If you think your SP halo is not a perfect colour match, don’t worry, we’re more than happy to exchange it for another colour.

To qualify for an exchange, the extensions must be returned in an un-used condition within 30 days of them being delivered. For hygiene reasons, this means that you have NOT removed them from their plastic sleeve, physically tried them on, or tampered with the product. Just shoot us an e-mail at hello@sittingprettyhalohair.com and we’ll gladly assist you in the process.

We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that when you receive the extensions, to check in the mirror if the colour matches your hair first, while the extensions are still sealed inside the plastic sleeve. This is really important. If the sticker sealing the plastic sleeve has been removed, this will void any exchange or return. 

How an exchange works:

Put your Sitting Pretty halo extensions back in their box, in their original condition, then mail them out to us at the address below. Keep in mind, all postage costs will be at your expense.

For our Australian customers, we recommend using an Australia Post 500g Express Satchel when sending the extensions back. You must include in your parcel an EXTRA Australia Post 500g Express Satchel for us to send to you a new SP Halo afterwards. For our international customers, simply use the courier of your choice, and we’ll bill you via a Paypal request the re-postage fee once we receive the returned Halo.

Ensure that you have a tracking number for the parcel, as it is your responsibility to return them safely to us.

Once we receive your package in perfect condition, we’ll dispatch your new Halo out to you within 3 working days.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

There’s nothing better than being joint at the hip (or the head) to your new halo extension, but we understand if you think the Sitting Pretty Halo is just not for you.

For your peace of mind, we offer our customers a 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. This applies from the day the hair extensions are delivered.

To ensure that you qualify for a refund, the hygiene standards must be respected (refer to our exchange policy above).

Simply shoot us an e-mail at hello@sittingprettyhalohair.com and let us know that you’ll be returning the product, and why. We’re here to help.
