If by some rare chance synthetic fibers do make it into our processing, we take full responsibility and will offer you an exchange.

The raw hair materials we use come from Chinese and Indian hair, which typically ranges from black to dark brown. To create the perfect color for you, the hair is processed for up to 28 days, washed and soaked in precisely measured chemicals. We also industrially straighten, fumigate, and sanitize the hair to ensure that it's clean and hygienic by the time it reaches you.

Every halo hair extension we make is crafted by hand using real human hair, which means that no two halos are exactly alike. As with natural hair, each halo may have slight variations in texture, color, and how it takes to dye. This is because every human's hair is different.
