Halo hair extensions
Some of our products do not qualify for returns, such as our halo hair extensions. Our halo hair extensions are exchangeable only. You are able to Exchange your Halo within 30 days of purchasing. But only if it meets our Exchange requirements. Review our 30 Day Exchange Policy for further details and for how to begin an exchange of your halo hair extensions.
Returns for all other items
All our other products, such as The Pillowcase, Halo Shampoo & Conditioner, or The Silk Scrunchies, are returnable and refundable. However, to be eligible for a refund the product must be:
- In unused condition.
- In complete and undamaged condition.
- The seal must be unbroken.
- All packaging must be included.
- The product must not be tampered with.

Cost of returning an item
All costs related to returning an item to us is born by the customer. These costs include (but are not limited to);
- Postage and shipping costs.
- Customs fees when receiving the item.*
- Parcel protective packaging.
- Etc.
*In many instances where you are returning an order for refund and you have already paid for customs duties and taxes when you received the order, you can contact your local customs agency to file an adjustment to receive a reimbursement. This process is unique for every country.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Restocking and cancellation fees
Sitting Pretty reserves the right to charge a 12% restocking fee for returned items to cover any costs relating to shipping, handling, administration or other, or a 5% cancellation fee to cover any admin costs, transaction fees, etc.
Final sale
Any items purchased at a discounted rate are final sale. They are not able to be returned or cancelled.
