Because your body can live without nails.

It can even live without hair.

But it can’t live without the brain, or the muscles, or the heart, etc. 

Simply speaking:

If you’re low on nutrition your hair and nails don’t eat… You get the point.

This means,

If you’re not feeding your body with the right nutrients your body won’t have enough excess nutrients to feed your hair.

Which means it won’t grow...

4. De-stress and re-lax

Stress is just about the most harmful thing you can do.

To yourself AND to your hair. 

It’s seriously bad!

Think about it for a minute;

Stress is a state of heightened awareness and extreme caution.

The body has been trained for many thousands of years to trigger stress when it’s in dangerous situations...

...like you’re about to be eaten by a bear.

In a stressful situation like that your body will feed all its energy into processes related to fight/flight;

  • Heightened awareness
  • Protective mechanisms

In many cases hair thinning is a caused by hormonal imbalance.

For example...

Your body might be producing too much estrogen;

An overflow of estrogen converts to testosterone...which is the same hormone that causes men to go bald!

Or you might have a lack of estrogen;
